Data and code artifact for: H. Alosaimi, Label disagreement between topological materials databases is structured, directional, and survives curation (preprint v2). This record contains the reconstructed conflict tables, the corrected provenance assignments, the ICSD enrichment, the polymorph groups, and all acquisition, join, analysis, verification, and figure-generation code. Every table here was regenerated by scripts/44_make_release_tables.py from the project's committed derived tables and logs — no hand-assembled files — and that script asserts every row count the paper states (1,610 database-wide conflicts; 215 labeled orphans; 2,857 provenance corrections; 20,576 ICSD references over 11,329 rows; 373 polymorph groups) and fails loudly on any mismatch. The tables contain derived classification labels and database identifiers only — no primary content from either source database. Released under CC BY 4.0.
