BinBencher reference: CAMI2 toy human microbiome short read gold standard assembly

These files are reference files for the program BinBencher for the Critical Assesment for Metagenomics Interpretation round 2 (CAMI2) Toy human microbiome short-read gold standard assembly datasets.

The references have the following limitations, on top of the limitations from the CAMI simulations:

As in the simulations, any plasmids are considered part of their host genome, as if they were an additional chromosome in the host genome.

The provided taxonomy is not entirely complete, in that not all genomes have the same number of ranks. All ranks that are not domain, phylum, class, order, family, genus or species, is removed. Dummy rank names are inserted where a rank is missing for a genome.
