Gene transcriptome of Strongylocentrotus intermedius after air exposure

The present study compared gene expression in the gill, tube feet, and esophagus of S. intermedius when exposed to air at 15 for durations of 0h, 6 h, 12 h, 18 h, and 24 h. S. intermedius is challenged to mimic natural air exposure by dividing the process into five stages: dryness-free, mildly dry, moderately dryness, heavy dryness, and exceptionally dryness.
