STORM-FEST: NCAR King Air Video Camera Movies. Version 1.0

This dataset consists of mpg movies from VHS tapes of videos taken from the KingAir during the STORMFEST 1992 project. Videos on each flight were shot in the forward and down directions.

本数据集包含源自"STORMFEST 1992"项目期间从空中国王（KingAir）飞行器上拍摄的视频所制作的VHS录像带中提取的mpg格式视频。每次飞行任务所拍摄的视频均采用前向与下向两种拍摄方向。
