mRNA expression profiling and functional network analyses regulating byof genes regulated by E6 and E7 in HaCaT cell

HPV oncogenes E6 and E7 are essential for disease development. ApproximatelyAbout 30% of persistent HPV persistence and high-er grade lesions involve E6 and E7 regulation. We built developed a cell line model lentivirally transfected with HPV16 oncogenes E6 and E7 using lentivirus. SubsequentlyLater, RNA -sequencing (RNA -seq) analysis was performed used to explore the differences in mRNA expression. In addition, the function of jatrorrhizine hydrochloride is also studied in this research.
