Dataset and code for 'A quality-controlled ICESat-2 supraglacial lake-depth dataset across the Antarctic ice sheet'

This record contains the dataset and code for "A quality-controlled ICESat-2 supraglacial lake-depth dataset across the Antarctic ice sheet". The dataset (Lake_Depth_Dataset_EGlen.zip) contains 898 quality-controlled ICESat-2 lake-depth profiles from 666 supraglacial lakes on Antarctic ice shelves (2018/19 to 2025/26), with a quicklook image of each profile, lake polygons and a catalogue of all profiles. The code (code_for_WattaPy.zip) contains WattaPy, a Python implementation of Watta (Datta and Wouters, 2021) used to produce the dataset, with one example crossing to run.
