Pollination and dispersal networks in the Amazonian tree flora

We collected flower-visiting and dispersal data for 5,201 Amazonian trees species, corresponding to 50% of all known tree species and 90% of all estimated individuals in Amazonia. We analyses both tree - flower-visitor networks and tree - disperser networks and their interactions.All analyses, graphs and figures can be done/made with the script "NetworksFinal.R" and two source files, with the data of the two csv files.The original data is found in the Excel file "Pollination data" linked to the sources ("Publications") by the field Pubnr.
