These two files contain two multiple alignments, edited with MAFFT and Aliview. The DNA sequences are supposedly tremellalean fungi from the ITS2 region and were extracted from Pertusaria lichens. Both datasets also include tremellalean and non-tremellalean reference sequences, in addition to an outgroup.
