IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Solander Trip 5761 From 30 Jan 2013 To 06 Feb 2013

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Solander Trip 5761.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m on trip 5761 from 30 Jan 2013 through to 06 Feb 2013, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m on trip 5761 from 30 Jan 2013 through to 06 Feb 2013, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m on trip 5761 from 30 Jan 2013 through to 06 Feb 2013, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m on trip 5761 from 30 Jan 2013 through to 06 Feb 2013, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT.

“机遇船舶”（Ships of Opportunity, SOOP）是澳大利亚“综合海洋观测系统”（Integrated Marine Observing System, IMOS）项目下设的观测设施。本数据集由SOOP下属子设施“热带研究船传感器”搭载于“索兰德号”（RV Solander）第5761航次采集所得。

本次航次于2013年1月30日至2013年2月6日期间，在1.9米水深处部署了海水取水口温度测量仪器，安装位置位于“索兰德号”船上。所用传感器为海鸟电子有限公司（Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc.）生产的SBE 38型远程温度传感器。

本次航次于同期在1.9米水深处部署了盐度测量仪器，安装位置同上。所用传感器为海鸟电子有限公司生产的SBE 21型电导池传感器。

本次航次于同期在1.9米水深处部署了浊度测量仪器，安装位置同上。所用传感器为Wetlabs公司生产的FLNTU-RT型光学传感器（可同步测量浊度与荧光）。
