Pubmed Author Query Results

This database includes author information for ~94k publications across 15 journals in various biology-related subdisciplines from 2003-2022 (inclusive). Each file represents a single journal. Within each file, the "Main Article" represents a primary publication being analyzed, whereas the "Cited Article" represents an article that was cited/referenced within the indicated Main Article. The author lists (as well as variations of the author list with author initials) are included for both the Main Article and the Cited Article. All files in this database only include publications (and references therein) with valid PubMed IDs that were successfully retrieved via automated PubMed API queries.
