Data and R codes for reproducing the statistical analyses from the article: Ramos et al. 2026. The PhenoChange Network Protocol for Monitoring Leaf Phenology in Tropical Dry Ecosystems Using Phenocameras. Methods in Ecology and Evolution. Daily phenocamera-derived RGB chromatic coordinates (Rcc, Gcc, and Bcc) from the Brazilian and African sites, collected between 2022 and 2024. Data are provided for multiple cameras and regions of interest representing canopy, ground vegetation, and community-level vegetation, together with year, day of year, and sequential day information. Missing observations are indicated as NA.本数据集包含复现Ramos等人2026年发表于《生态学与进化方法》(Methods in Ecology and Evolution)的论文《使用物候相机监测热带干旱生态系统叶片物候的物候变化网络规程》中统计分析所需的数据与R语言代码。数据集涵盖2022至2024年间，从巴西与非洲监测站点采集的、经物候相机获取的每日RGB色度坐标（RGB chromatic coordinates，Rcc、Gcc、Bcc）。数据包含多台相机及其对应的多个感兴趣区域的观测值，这些区域分别代表植被冠层、地面植被与群落级植被，同时附带年份、日序数以及连续日序信息。缺失的观测值以NA标记。
