FLG and FLG2 SNPs

The following files contain SNP data on filaggrin (FLG) and filaggrin-2 (FLG2) genes from the Pediatric Elective Eczema Registry (PEER), which is a prospective 10-year observational cohort. Details regarding this study can be found in Margolis et al. (2012). This data set was used to assess whether African Americans (AA) differ from European Americans (EA) with respect to FLG variation. In the file for ethnicity information, ENR04E=1 if the subject was EA and ENR04E=0 if the subject was AA.
