Processed analytic datasets, source data, and reproducibility code for device-measured movement phenotypes and DXA-derived relative skeletal muscle reserve in NHANES 2003–2006

This record contains processed analytic datasets, machine-readable table and figure source data, analysis code, configuration files, and numerical quality-control materials supporting the study “Device-measured movement phenotypes and DXA-derived relative skeletal muscle reserve characterize cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic heterogeneity: a cross-sectional study of NHANES 2003–2006.” The study is a secondary analysis of publicly available National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data. The deposited processed datasets include the primary classification cohort, survey-association cohort, age-expanded sensitivity cohort, and five-imputation long-format analytic files. Raw NHANES public-use files are not redistributed. The deposited files do not contain names, contact details, medical-record numbers, or other direct personal identifiers. NHANES participant sequence numbers are retained only as public-use dataset keys needed for reproducibility.
