Mango Shelf-Life Dataset

This dataset contains images of Pakistani mango variety named White Chaunsa Late. An experiment was performed on the proposed dataset for automated classification for assessing the ripeness level of harvested mangoes. Deep Learning algorithms including Convolutional Neural Network and Artificial Neural Network were used to achieve high accuracy. Researchers and students are encouraged to utilize this dataset for the development, testing, and evaluation of various computer vision algorithms aimed at enhancing the agricultural sector. The provided dataset can be consider as a benchmark for testing and comparing the performance of different state-of-the-arts. We have collected this dataset from local markets of Multan and captured images over different timespan.

本数据集包含巴基斯坦芒果品种白乔萨晚熟（White Chaunsa Late）的相关图像。本数据集已被用于开展自动化分类实验，以评估采收芒果的成熟度等级。研究中采用了包括卷积神经网络（Convolutional Neural Network）和人工神经网络（Artificial Neural Network）在内的深度学习算法，实现了较高的分类准确率。诚邀研究人员与学生利用本数据集，开发、测试并评估各类旨在赋能农业领域的计算机视觉算法。本数据集可作为测试与对比各类前沿算法性能的基准数据集。本数据集采集自巴基斯坦木尔坦（Multan）当地市场，并在不同时段完成了图像采集工作。
