Circular RNA expression profile from murine ocular tissues

Investigating the differential expression profile of circular RNA in ocular tissues derived from VLDLR deletion and Wild type mouse with t 75% oxygen treatment(postnatal day 7 to postnatal day 12) Overall design: Mice with VLDLR deletion or wild type control were treated with 75% oxygen for five days (postnatal day 7 to 12) and then feed those treated mice into air taken out the ocular tissues immediately after high oxygen treatment(P12) or at the day after P12(P13), The ocular tissues were then used for total RNA extraction with TRIZol reagent .And those total RNAs samples further treated with Dnase 1 and used for high-through put circRNA sequencing
