This is the dataset and supplementary tables for the manuscript "Bowls, Plates, and Teawares: Evaluating Ceramic Use at a Virginian Plantation Through Use-Wear and Absorbed Residue Analyses" by Matthew C. Greer, which is currently in review. The tables contain data on ceramic vessels identified during a minimum vessel analysis at Belle Grove plantation (Frederick County, VA, USA), use-wear and organic residue analyses performed on these vessels, and comparative data on ceramic forms from other enslaved quartering sites in Virginia, South Carolina, and Georgia.
