A 24-Color Flow Cytometry Panel for Antigen-Specific T Cell Immunoprofiling and Functional Assessment of Human PBMCs in Vaccinated Individuals

The dataset contains original FCS files and related matrix files for the OMIP article titled “A 24-Color Panel for Antigen-Specific T Cell Functional Profiling of Human PBMCs in Vaccinated Individuals.” It includes vaccinated recipient PBMCs FCS files used to generate Figure 1 in the main manuscript. These files cover unstimulated samples and samples stimulated with PMA, HIV-1 Env peptide pools, or HIV-1 Gag peptide pools.The dataset also includes single-stain compensation control FCS files used to establish the compensation matrix for the final 24-color panel. For the online supplementary material, the dataset includes FCS files used for stain index calculation, spillover spreading matrix generation, candidate fluorochrome conjugate evaluation, and antibody titration. The final NxN compensation matrix is also included.
