Jag1 binds Notch4

Recombinant mouse Jag1, expressed in HUVEC cells (human umbilical vein endothelial cell line), activates recombinant mouse Notch4 expressed in co-cultured HUVEC cells (Shawber et al. 2007).

重组小鼠Jag1蛋白，在人类脐静脉内皮细胞系HUVEC中表达，能够激活在共培养的HUVEC细胞中表达的重组小鼠Notch4蛋白（Shawber等，2007年）。
