This dataset provides empirical data on the impact of Employee Leadership Emergence on his/her own Innovative Behavior. This study selected 12 companies from multiple cities in Guangdong Province as the subjects for the questionnaire distribution, covering industries such as software development, biotechnology, game development, and services. To minimize the impact of common method bias on the relationships between variables, this study employed anonymous responses and matched superior-subordinate pairs, collecting data over two time periods with a 20-day interval between them. To improve the authenticity and accuracy of the questionnaire data, the researchers communicated with the management of the surveyed companies about the study's objectives and the anonymous nature of the survey before distributing the questionnaires. The data collection was conducted using electronic questionnaires (416 questionnaires were actually distributed).

本数据集提供了关于员工领导力涌现(Employee Leadership Emergence)对个体自身创新行为影响的实证研究数据。本研究选取广东省多座城市的12家企业作为问卷发放调研对象,调研覆盖软件开发、生物技术、游戏开发及服务业等多个行业。为最大限度降低共同方法偏差(Common Method Bias)对变量间关系的干扰,本研究采用匿名作答与配对上下级对的调研设计,并分两个时间段收集数据,两次数据采集间隔为20天。为提升问卷数据的真实性与准确性,研究人员在正式发放问卷前,已与受访企业的管理层沟通说明本研究的目的及调研的匿名性原则。本次数据收集采用电子问卷形式,实际共发放问卷416份。
