Microbial Methane Observatory for Seafloor Analysis (MIMOSA) Sulfate and Chloride Data from a Natural Seep Site in the Gulf of Mexico, April to November 2012

Laboratory analysis of Lander Deployed MIMOSA (MIcrobial Methane Observatory for Seafloor Analysis) samples from GC600. MIMOSA experiments are continuous, long term, in-situ, sampling events using selective filtration apparati deployed on sea-bed landers. The samples collected yield time-series fluidic nutrient and metabolite filtrate data and sulfate and chloride concentrations are presented here.

本数据集针对GC600站位着陆器搭载的MIMOSA（海底微生物甲烷观测站，MIcrobial Methane Observatory for Seafloor Analysis）采集的样品开展实验室分析。MIMOSA实验采用部署于海底着陆器的选择性过滤装置，开展长期连续原位采样作业。本次采集的样品可产出流体营养盐、代谢物滤出液的时序监测数据，本数据集同时提供硫酸盐与氯化物的浓度数据。
