Global transcriptome analysis of Switchgrass (an important bioenergy crop) to identify unique and overlapping genes in response to single drought and combinations of drought and heat stress. The transcriptome data generated in this study could be used as a reference to investigate further drought and heat stress tolerance in bioenergy crops and plants in general.
