List of samples delivered for Genome Sequencing under the Biodiversity Genomics Europe Project Genome Stream- WP5 Field to Lab Task 5.6

This dataset contains the full list of samples delivered to sequencing partners for genome sequencing as part of the Biodiversity Genomics Europe (BGE) project under Work Package 5 (WP5) - Task 5.6 - Biodiversity hotspots field sampling (Spanish National Research Council of, CSIC). This dataset includes metadata associated with each sample, including the species’ scientific name, Biosample Accession URL, unique sample identifiers (Taxon_ID), taxonomic classification (Phylum, Order/Group, Family and Genus). It also provides internal task names as referenced in reports (Task). The country of collection, Country of collection, and the BGE sequencing partner that received the material (Sequencing Center). Additionally, the dataset contains links to publicly available metadata in ENA, ensuring direct access to detailed information about each sample.
