To acknowledge the phylogenetic position of a new genus of Solanaceae, a phylogenetic tree based on rna-seq sequences was built. Here, we uploaded the sequences that were used for it specifying name sequence, orthogroup name (HOG_ID), species and samples name, and type of information (DNA or RNA). In addition, we upload the best trees obtained.
