Aging study in rat model

Your project description Background: Gut microbiota chages as a function of ageing in rat model is being investigated with correlation to phsiological paramets in context of muscle and inflammation status. Objective: In this project, we use aging model of rats and in addition to physiological measures like muscle mass and muscle response times we also look at proteomic and lipidic data coupled with microbiome data to find relevant associations where gut microbiome may play a role is ageing and associated physiological parameters.
