Overlay Areas 2016

Overlay zoning modifies the standards of the base zoning within a defined geographic area. This dataset represents the boundaries of the current overlay areas under the Zoning Regulations of 2016, as amended. Overlay and base zone naming structure reintroduced to ZR16 by Zoning Commission Order No. 18-16/19-27-19-27B, effective 8/25/2023.叠加区划（Overlay Zoning）可在指定地理区域内调整基础区划（Base Zoning）的相关标准。本数据集收录了经修订的《2016年区划条例》（Zoning Regulations of 2016）项下当前有效的叠加区划边界。叠加区划与基础区划的命名结构已通过区划委员会第18-16/19-27-19-27B号命令重新纳入ZR16，该命令的生效日期为2023年8月25日。
