RNA-sequencing of the CD4 T cell culture under the various nutrients conditioned media.

The purpose of the study are to compare and observe differential gene expressions in CD4 T cells when cultured under various nutrient conditions. CD4 T cells were isolated from the spleen and lymphnodes of C57BL/6 mice. Isolated murine CD4 T cell were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 antibody (2 µg/ml) under various conditioned media. Complete Media (RPMI-1640 supplemented with 10% FBS), DM (Dialyzed media) and DM + Met (Dialyzed media supplemented with 30 µM methionine). Followed by, in vitro cultured for 72 hours.
