Dopaminylation of triosephosphate isomerase 1 (TPI1) in the endothelial niche bypasses ferroptosis to promote lung regeneration over fibrosis

Pneumonectomy, resection of left lung lobe, trigger a series of regenerative responses characterized by a multitude of genetic alterations. To investigate the changes in gene expression profiles, we conduct a comparative analysis of various lung cell types isolated from both wildtype mice and genetically mice following pneumonectomy. The experiments conducted a comparative analysis of gene expression changes across different lung cell types in mice of diverse genotypes, with samples collected at various times following pneumonectomy.
