Case report: potential drivers of metastatic progression in CPGL

We present a case of 38-year-old female harboring malignant CPGL with metastasis in regional lymp node that was surgically removed and studied using whole-exome sequencing. Analysis of genetic changes occurring in tumor and metastasis within a patient can improve understanding of potential mechanisms underlying the tumor progression.
