We describe a new molecular subgroup of glioblastoma, the most prevalent malignant adult brain tumour, harbouring a bias towards hypomethylation at defined differentially methylated regions. Overall design: Transcriptomic and DNA methylation analysis of patient matched iAPCs, iOPCs, iNSCs and GICs.
