Analysis of ENU-induced mutations in a mouse model of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In this experiment we treated mice heterozygous for the transcription factor Pax5 with the mutagen ENU (N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea). These mice ultimately developed progenitor B-cell disease. Here we have sequenced the exomes of these tumors to identify driver mutations that co-operate with mutant Pax5 in the development of B-cell disease.
