Justicia transicional y derechos humanos: un proceso necesario después de los Acuerdos de paz

This reflective paper explores El Salvador's process from the Peace Accords of 1992 when the country came together to put an end to the civil conflict. Transitional justice plays an important role in the aftermath trying to rebuild the country and giving a sense of justice to the victims. This paper tries to discuss the many theories around transitional justice, accomplishments and the many challenges to come.
