Data and code to reproduce Dallas and Drake 2016 "Fluctuating temperatures alter environmental pathogen transmission in aDaphnia-pathogen system"

This repository contains data files and R code (in an Rmd document) to reproduce analysis from a manuscript entitled "Fluctuating temperatures alter environmental pathogen transmission in a <i>Daphnia</i>-pathogen system" by Dallas and Drake to published in <i>Ecology and Evolution. <br><br> </i>The `Rmd` file can be rendered using the command<br><br> rmarkdown::render('tempVar.Rmd')<br><br>from within the directory containing the Rmd file. Errors will occur if the dependencies have not been satisfied (a few packages are used throughout). <br>
