The Irish Casino Payout Index — timed withdrawal test log

A first-party log of timed real-money casino withdrawals in Ireland. Each record is one test event: the casino, the payment method, the amount withdrawn, the duration from withdrawal request to funds received, the month tested and the published source page. The dataset covers 59 timed withdrawals across 41 operators serving Irish players, from April to August 2026. Withdrawals were made with the depositor's own money and timed directly; no figure is taken from an operator's stated terms. Headline finding: settlement time is predicted far better by the payment rail than by the operator. Withdrawals to e-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, PayPal, Trustly) returned a median of 92 minutes, against a median of 37.5 hours for debit card and bank transfer - a 24x difference. The fastest recorded result was 47 seconds; the slowest was six days. Limitations: sample sizes per operator are small, often one or two tests, and amounts vary between tests. Test dates are month-precision, not timestamps. Brands were selected because we were reviewing them, so the set skews toward operators actively marketing to Irish players. A fast result is evidence that a rail can settle quickly at that operator, not a guarantee for every player.
