Microsatellite allele scores. Information for 577 specimens from 32 natural Greek populations of Aedes albopictus.

This dataset contains the raw microsatellite genotyping data generated and analyzed in the context of the study entitled: "Mitogenome Diversity and Phylogenetic Insights of Aedes albopictus in Greece." The data provided herein covers the genetic profiles of 577 individuals of the Asian tiger mosquito, Aedes albopictus, sampled from 32 natural populations. The collection was conducted over consecutive years, spanning from 2016 to 2022.The data includes scoring results from 8 polymorphic microsatellite loci. For each entry, the dataset specifies the sampling region, collection year, and the allele scores derived from the analysis of 8 microsatellite loci. The data are provided in their original (raw) format and can be used for population genetic analyses, replication of the results, and further comparative studies. All samples were collected and processed according to the methodological procedures described in the associated publication. The dataset does not contain any personal or sensitive data.
