Reaktanz – ein zentrales Konzept für die Supervision reactance – a essential concept for supervisory activity

Der Artikel beschäftigt sich mit sozialpsychologischen Texten in Bezug auf die Theorie der „Psychologischen Reaktanz“ und ihre Wirkungen und fasst deren Ergebnisse zusammen. Die integrativen Konzepte von „klinischer Sozialpsychologie“ und „Reaktanz“ werden umrissen und vom psychoanalytischen Begriff des „Widerstandes“ abgegrenzt und im Hinblick auf den Kontext Supervision diskutiert. Reaktanz wird im integrativen Ansatz kontrolltheoretisch gefasst und als kreative Möglichkeit im Umgang mit Beschränkung verstanden. Die Ausbildung von „Reflektierter Reaktanz“ ist ein zentrales Ziel supervisorischen Handelns. This article deals with social psychological research relating to the reactance theory and summarizes their findings.
