This report presents the results of the chemical analysis of acetone extract from the fruits of the jujube plant, also known as Ziziphus jujuba Mill. using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). GC-MS is a powerful analytical technique that allows the separation and identification of chemical compounds. The aim of this analysis was to identify and quantify the compounds present in the acetone extract of jujube fruits.
