Chronic low back pain (CLBP) is a common condition that often leads to disrupted sleep patterns and reduced quality of life. Physical therapy has been proposed as a potential intervention to alleviate CLBP and improve sleep quality. To determine the long-term advantages of physical therapy interventions on sleep patterns in this population, more research with bigger sample numbers and longer follow-up periods is required.
慢性腰痛(Chronic Low Back Pain,CLBP)是一种常见病症,常引发睡眠节律紊乱与生活质量下降。物理治疗(Physical Therapy)已被提议作为缓解慢性腰痛、改善睡眠质量的潜在干预手段。为明确物理治疗干预对该群体睡眠节律的长期获益,亟需开展样本量更大、随访周期更长的相关研究。
