The source of the bladder cancer tissues was the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University in China. A total of 10 cases were included in the study, divided into 5 groups. Each group consisted of bladder cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues. The age of the patients ranged from 45 to 60 years old. All samples were collected prior to the patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
