Systematics of eastern Australian Phebalium Vent. sect. Phebalium (Rutaceae; Zanthoxyloideae) -Dataset

Raw data and processed data sets used for the three data chapters of PhD thesis "Systematics of eastern Australian Phebalium Vent. sect. Phebalium (Rutaceae; Zanthoxyloideae)". There are four cvs, one Excel and four zip files. CVS and Excel files are named with relevant chapter names. Excel file "PATN_Input"; csv files "dataset1 and dataset 2" are the final processed data used for analyses in the indicated chapters. cvs file named "Meta_data_Chap4" and "Meta_data_Chap5" are metadata files of the three zip files: "orderappendix_1 to 3", which are raw data of genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data of Phebalium from throughout Australia. The zip file "Phebalium_Phytodata is raw data from GC-MS analysed in Chapter 3.

本数据集为博士学位论文《澳大利亚东部银叶树属（*Phebalium* Vent.）银叶树组（*Phebalium*，芸香科Rutaceae；花椒亚科Zanthoxyloideae）分类学研究》中三个数据章节所使用的原始数据与处理后数据集。本数据集包含4个逗号分隔值（Comma-Separated Values，CSV）文件、1个Excel文件以及4个压缩包文件。其中CSV与Excel文件均以对应章节名称命名：Excel文件"PATN_Input"以及CSV文件"dataset1"和"dataset2"为指定章节分析所用的最终处理后数据集。命名为"Meta_data_Chap4"与"Meta_data_Chap5"的CSV文件为3个压缩包的元数据文件；这3个压缩包为"orderappendix_1至3"，包含采自澳大利亚全境的银叶树属全基因组单核苷酸多态性（single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP）原始数据。另有压缩包文件"Phebalium_Phytodata"，为第3章中气相色谱-质谱联用（Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer, GC-MS）分析所得的原始数据。
