资源简介:
It has been reported that 0.75-2% of pregnant women undergo non-obstetric surgeries in the first two trimester which is the period for neurogenesis. Radial glial progenitors (RGPs) give rise to most if not all pyramidal neurons in embryonic brains. Here, we evaluated the acute alterations in RGPs after maternal sevoflurane exposure by analyzing transcriptomic profile. Pregant mice in sevoflurane group were exposed to 2.5% sevoflurane for six-hour while control group in 100% Oxygen on gestational day 14.5. At the end of the exposure, the fetal cerebral cortex of two groups were isolated and analyzed for RNA sequencing.
