Early responses to Gardnerella bladder exposure in a model of uropathogenic E. coli recurrent UTI. Mus musculus strain:C56Bl/6

We previously demonstrated that in mice, bladder exposure to Gardnerella, a common vaginal bacterium, could trigger latent E. coli reservoirs to emerge and cause recurrent UTI. Here we used bladder RNA-seq to identify host gene expression changes in this mouse model.
