Automatic observation dataset of wind speed and wind direction in typical agricultural ecosystems of the Sichuan basin hilly region (2005–2022)

The dataset consists of 5 EXCEL files, including (1) 2-minute average wind speed data, including hourly, daily, and monthly values of 2-minute average wind speed from October 2004 to December 2022. The daily and monthly data sets contain 3 and 6 indicators, respectively, with a total data volume of 0.90 MB; (2) 10-minute average wind speed data, including hourly, daily, and monthly values of 10-minute average wind speed from October 2004 to December 2022. The daily and monthly data sets include 3 and 6 indicators, respectively, with a total data volume of 1.06 MB; (3) 10-minute maximum wind speed data, including hourly, daily, and monthly values for 10-minute maximum wind speeds from October 2004 to December 2022. Daily and monthly data include 2 and 4 indicators, respectively, with a total data volume of 1.07 MB; (4) One-hour maximum wind speed data, including hourly, daily, and monthly values for one-hour maximum wind speeds from October 2004 to December 2022. Daily and monthly data sets include 2 and 4 indicators, respectively, with a total data volume of 1.10 MB; (5) Wind direction data, including 2-minute, 10-minute, and 1-hour average wind directions, as well as hourly values of the 10-minute maximum wind direction, from October 2004 to December 2022.
