Quasi-one-dimensional DNS database for turbulence model development
收藏资源简介:
Description This database (Q1D_database.pkl) provides high-fidelity direct numerical simulation data for five canonical flow configurations, simplified into a quasi-one-dimensional framework via layer-averaging. The simulations were performed using the NEK5000 spectral element solver [1]. The database is specifically curated to support the development, calibration, and optimization of Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes turbulence models. See the attached Jupyter Notebook (Description.ipynb) for detailed description and an example code for the usage of the database. An article describing the simulation cases has been submitted to the Journal of Computational Physics, and if accepted, will be referenced herein. [1] Fischer, P., Lottes, J., & Tufo, H.
