资源简介:
The underlying simulated image data for Figure 1 of Redefining colocalization analysis with a novel Phasor Mixing Coefficient.
The TIF files are artificial images of biological structures created using the software Inkscape. Their names--A, B, and C--correspond to the panels of the Figure in the associated publication. The channels--ch1 and ch2--represent simulated single-color microscopy images from one of two fluorescent labels. These intensity images are subsequently used as inputs to simulate multispectral images given distinct spectra for each label. From these multispectral images (Figure 4 of the associated manuscript) the colocalization metrics Pearson's Correlation Coefficient (PCC) and Manders' Correlation Coefficients 1,2 (M1,2) are calculated. These analysis outputs are produced through the "Figure 4" section of the Jupyter notebook in the associated GitHub repository. The PNG "composite" files are pseudo-color merged images of the two channels, produced for qualitative inspection.
