NRS-13858 | Register of grants of land conditionally selected for the purpose of mining other than gold mining

These registers contain copies of deeds of grant issued in respect of land alienated under S.19 of the Crown Lands Alienation Act, 1861 which provided that land might be conditionally selected for the purpose of mining (other than gold mining) at the price of 2 pounds per acre. In addition the average sum of 2 pounds per acre had to be expended on mining operations on the land. The registers contain a description of the land in the usual form. (7/990-91). 2 vols.
