Shopee App Reviews: from Google Play Store

The dataset used in this study consists of user reviews of the Shopee application collected from the Google Play Store. The dataset contains users' opinions, experiences, and evaluations regarding various aspects of the application, including ease of use, service quality, application performance, features, and shopping experience. The textual reviews serve as the primary data source for sentiment analysis, enabling the proposed model to classify user opinions into negative, neutral, and positive sentiment categories. The Google Play Store dataset was selected because it represents direct user feedback in the form of real-world user-generated content, making the analysis results more relevant for evaluating the quality of Shopee's services and the overall level of user satisfaction with the application.本研究采用的数据集，为从谷歌应用商店（Google Play Store）采集的Shopee应用用户评论。该数据集涵盖用户对该应用多维度的观点、使用体验与评价，涉及易用性、服务质量、应用性能、功能特性及购物体验等范畴。此类文本评论作为情感分析的核心数据源，使得本研究提出的模型可将用户观点划分为负面、中性与正面三类情感类别。选择谷歌应用商店数据集的缘由在于，其以真实用户生成内容的形式呈现了直接的用户反馈，令分析结果更贴合Shopee服务质量评估与用户对该应用整体满意度的研究需求。
