The data show the Value Co-Creation process based on the four building blocks of the DART model ( Dialogue, Access, Risk Transparency) between hotel guests and hotels in Greece and how the first perceive Price and Product. Price and Product constitute hotel guests' Perceived Value. The survey took place at the Greek airports of Athens and Corfu while holidaymakers were waiting for their return flights.
本数据集呈现了希腊酒店与住客之间基于DART模型(DART model)四大构建模块开展的价值共创(Value Co-Creation)过程,以及住客对价格与产品的感知情况。DART模型的四大构建模块涵盖对话(Dialogue)、可及性(Access)与风险透明度(Risk Transparency)。价格与产品共同构成酒店住客的感知价值(Perceived Value)。本次调研在希腊雅典国际机场与科孚岛国际机场进行,调研对象为等待返程航班的度假旅客。
