资源简介:
In the frame of the Atipical project (Atipical Updating knowledge and biological and molecular resources on rapeseed leaf diseases) INRAE (UR1290 BIGER; UMR1349 IGEPP), Terres Inovia and GEVES have proposed: (1) to update our knowledge of the pathogenic populations of rapeseed leaves and stems, with a focus on the species Leptosphaeria maculans (or Phoma) and Cylindrosporium concentricum (2) to generate a set of resources and tools that will reinforce the expertise on aerial diseases of oilseed rape. These tools will be made publicly available in order to facilitate the improvement and use of varietal resistance to these diseases, at all stages of varietal design (screenings, variety development, registration, post registration management). One of the objectives of the project was to gather a characterized collection of strains of several species of fungal pathogens of rapeseed. The partner of the project shared their strains in an collection, termed ‘Atipical Collection” and confirmed their characterization by sequencing genes reliable for molecular identification. The sequences of the strain are deposit in NCBI and R-syst molecular identification database from INRAE.
