Raw data relating to work assessing the biocompatibility of a PolyHIPE 3D culture model with multiple myeloma dormancy assays. This includes micro-computed tomography (microCT) assessment of polyHIPE structure, confocal imaging of scaffold cross-sections to observe cell-scaffold interactions, and flow cytometric and metabolic analyses of cell growth.
