New Pathways To A Low Carbon Society: Exploring the Beef/Dairy System As A 'Community Of Interest', 2018

The NEWPATH project is studying lock-ins and path-dependency in the value chain for meat and dairy products. This is an important value chain for agriculture and the society, due to its importance for living and sustainable settlements and the high demand for meat, as well as the requirement for cuts in greenhouse gas emmissions from production. The project looks closely at how path-dependence helps to limit changes that enables production with a lower carbon footprint.
